Drive

The problem with living so close to the beach is sometimes the marine layer gets so thick nothing is visible more than a quarter mile away in the middle of the day. I think I thought it would be warm today if I dressed for it. Until I got closer to the beach and my world went grey.

Driving south on the Toll Road. The sky looked so clear.
Oh look! Marine layer!

Blue skies again. The hill at the top of the Toll Road. I've never seen it not brown in Irvine.
Psych! More marine layer minutes later.

Oh fun! Hide the sun!
Foggy fleas. Except a flea would move faster than we did.
Coverage finally came back. Oh joy!
Random fixtures on base.
